Terrible Customer Service After the Initial Install

AWS was contracted by the builder to install the whole house wiring. We opted for the additional entertainment system prep wiring for the house as well. It was discovered that one of the Internet jacks wasn't working. After dozens of email requests and months of trying to get them to correct the problem I have given up. They don't care about your customer satisfaction after the fact. I gave them a last chance to respond else I would post negative reviews to warn others.
