Description
Therapy on the Move is a nonprofit organization committed to improving quality of life through comprehensive health and wellness services. Their flagship offering, the Timeless Living Fall Prevention Program®, is a seven-week course addressing fall risks, home safety, medications, nutrition, vision, foot health, and safe falling techniques. Licensed physical therapists and assistants lead these sessions, empowering participants to reduce fall risks and enhance daily living. Additional services include personalized home exercise programs and home assessments to tailor health strategies to individual needs. Future plans involve introducing strength and balance classes, as well as flexibility and yoga sessions, further promoting community well-being.
